Our Deep Relaxation Days were created for people to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, experiencing complete relaxation in calm, luxurious surroundings with fully qualified, highly experienced instructors. Learning methods of yoga, meditation and mindfulness which help relieve stress and enable them to truly switch off.
9.40am to 10.00am – Morning introduction with refreshments
10.00am to 11.45am – Yoga For All – including 15 minutes of deep relaxation – this is for everyone to enjoy and
is particularly suitable for those new to yoga.
11.45am to 12.00pm – Short break before lunch.
12.00pm to 1.00pm – Healthy Lunch is provided, you have a chance to explore the beautiful grounds.
1.00pm to 1.30pm – Essential Oils Workshop – our expert will guide you through specific oils that can help you to destress and relax.
1.30pm to 2.45pm – Destress workshop – this is an active workshop which shows you different postures and techniques that can help with anxiety or sleep problems.
2.45pm to 3.00pm – Short break for refreshments
3.00pm to 3.45pm – Meditation/pranayama practice (breath control) 4.00pm – Home time or into the spa if overnight guest
