Feline Fitness and wellbeing Classes are designed specifically for Menopausal women
Feline Fitness and wellbeing offers a low impact beginners aerobic exercise class in Brighton. This class is called ‘Rebounding through the Menopause’ and is specifically designed for peri and post Menopausal Women.
The benefits of the Rebounder class are
Aiding Lymphatic drainage
Increasing the metabolic rate
Improving the pelvic floor muscles
The class also includes some weighted Hula hooping, some core conditioning moves, and a good warm up and cool down stretch routine.

As I run classes for women going through the Menopause whether Peri or post I do always make sure they are aware before coming along for their free taster session that as I have a limited number of stability bars, that attach to the Rebounder, being able to step on and off and have a good balance is pretty important for my classes.
I do have a women over 70years of age inquiring which is super...so I call them or email to always check in with them to see if they have had an operations, accidents ect.
