FREE Holistic Core Restore® 45-minute Rel-Ease workshop featuring favourite stretches and release exercises, at 7–7.45pm, on Monday 12 October.
It will be your chance to de-stress, switch off, release tight muscles and unwind. Gentle yet focused stretching combined with targeted and specific movements will tease out any aches and pains, reduce tightness and help release unwanted tension.
You’ll get treated to some lovely stretches, releases, and mobilisations, plus we’ll end with a meditation so you finish feeling totally and utterly relaxed. Rel-Ease will help you unwind physically and mentally.
With ongoing uncertainty, darker nights and the prospect of not being able to see family and friends due to the rule of six, taking steps to promote our mental health and soothe our nervous system has never been more important. The online workshop will be hosted via Zoom (a free online video call platform) and is totally FREE to help support you through the current uncertainty. Everyone is welcome.
