The Merry Menopause was founded by Jo Fuller, a menopause and menstruation educator, her aim is to remove the stigma and change the narrative surrounding menopause and menstruation.
She wants to give women the information they need to take control of their mental and physical health, by raising awareness of the impact that hormones have on a women’s wellbeing.
The Merry Menopause is an information base, written and curated by Jo. Through her own research, she strips back the information on women’s health issues into a concise and readable platform. With knowledge and support, the symptoms of the perimenopause can in many cases be managed, and this time of transition can be viewed as the preparatory stage to a fulfilling and healthy life post-menopause.
Jo also works with businesses and organisations to support the wellbeing of their female employees and open up the conversation to all ages and genders to increase understanding of women’s hormonal health.
If you or your organisation would like to work with Jo or invite her to speak at your event, please get in touch.
