At Yoga-fit, Danielle teaches a playful, explorative flow yoga class. Each class is different, and is accompanied by a carefully curated playlist that compliments the sequencing of the class. The playlists take you on a meditative journey around the world, with tracks from a variety of genre, countries and decades.
Currently Danielle offers online classes through Zoom – these are easy to follow and she is careful to give alternative postures, to enable everyone to join the class regardless of experience, strength or flexibility.
Some of her classes our also run outside – these are silent classes allowing you to hear the birds, wind, rustling leaves etc. These are run in small groups in the local park – max 6 due to Covid guidelines.
Throughout each class there is particular focus on the breath, this helps with movement and by the end of the class you’ll feel like you’ve moved every part of your body, and be relaxed to the core. It’s worth trying just for this feeling!

"Having never tried yoga before I was unsure of what to expect when I attended my first lesson with Danny however I needn't have worried. Danny is an excellent teacher who provides warm and encouraging feedback throughout the class and takes the time to explain the poses thoroughly. She also takes the time to really understand the motivation of her students as well as any health issues they may have. I'm a keen runner and Danny has been advising me on how yoga will work to supplement my running routine.
